Project Overview
Taha and Hadana collaborated to design a project named EHYA, incorporating the aims and objectives of both organizations. The proposed site for this project is situated in Lucknow city, a densely populated area primarily inhabited by the Shia community. At its heart, this project is driven by the goal of meeting all vital community needs, and our dedication lies in ensuring its thorough coverage of all dimensions.
OBJECTIVE

VISION
One project idea that could potentially meet the needs of a community at one place. This center would aim to provide a wide range of services, resources, and facilities to meet the diverse needs of the community.
MISSION
The mission of this project idea is to create a centralized and all-encompassing community hub that effectively addresses a diverse array of essential needs within one accessible location. By providing a comprehensive range of services, including education, healthcare, religious instruction, and social support, the project aims to enhance the overall well-being and development of the community members. Through this integrated approach, the project seeks to empower individuals, strengthen communal bonds, and foster holistic growth for a thriving and self-sustaining community.
THIS ENDEAVOR WILL ENCOMPASS THE FOLLOWING KEY ASPECTS:
Modern Education:
- This encompasses a multifaceted approach, offering not only traditional schooling but also encompassing coaching, sports facilities, Physical fitness training, software courses, specialized NEET/JEE coaching, comprehensive career counseling, and even student boarding facilities.
- This holistic vision seeks to provide students with a well-rounded educational experience that caters to their academic, physical, and personal growth needs.
Multipurpose Community Center:
- This serves as a versatile hub, offering a range of essential services. It features a spacious community hall for gatherings, a dedicated center for marriage and divorce counseling, a mini theater showcasing Islamic movies for all age groups, a state-of-the-art media studio, and a comprehensive trade skills training center designed for both men and women and a Business consultation.
- This center strives to cater to a variety of needs within the community, fostering growth, support, and empowerment.
Hawza:
- A dedicated institution that imparts comprehensive religious education, offering instruction in the fundamental principles and practices of Islam.

Taha School
- Taha Foundation embarked on an inspiring journey in 2018 by establishing Taha School, driven by the mission to offer high-quality education to children who face financial hardships. The school’s distinctive focus on Islamic Tarbiyah sets it apart while ensuring accessibility through affordable fee structures. The school proudly accommodates a student body of 455, a considerable portion hailing from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
- The community’s heartening response is a testament to the tireless endeavors of Taha School. The institution’s efforts have garnered praise, and the community has enthusiastically embraced its presence.

- Islam, a religion of peace, love, and mercy, has placed great emphasis on the proper care and treatment of patients. The merciful and generous conduct of our prophets with the ailing humans inspires and guides us. The significant contribution of Muslim medical scientists in the field is also a testimony that as Muslims we cannot remain unconcerned about the agony of diseases suffered by the masses.
- Although there are innumerable hospitals and medical centers spread all over the place but still the poor of our society have to struggle to get proper medical care.
- Keeping this suffering indigent class in mind, the Taha Foundation has taken a small but significant step to establish a charitable polyclinic on the 13th Rajab, 2016 on the auspicious occasion of the birth anniversary of Imam Ali (a).
- The aim of the Taha Polyclinic is to make quality health care available to the poor. The running of any polyclinic requires many skills and resources. The Taha Foundation makes all efforts to arrange the best services available in the Polyclinic with minimum affordable prices for poor people.

Providing pure Islam to masses through digital platform:
- The media plays a very crucial role in preserving, propagating, and presenting our views to the world.
- We are actively engaged in the ongoing Hadana Media project; to convey and propagate the pure teachings of Islam (Islam-e-Naab) through our websites and social media.
- All our channels seek to promote the spirit of ummat sazi, unity, amity, brotherhood, communal harmony and peace as per the teachings of the Quran, Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.w.) and Masoomeen (a.s).
- Short quotations referenced from the Quran, Nahj Al-Balagha, Sahifa e Sajjadiya and authentic Hadith books are used for propagation.
- We are currently broadcasting in 4 languages namely – English, Hindi, Urdu and Bengali. These quotations are translated by experts having command of respective languages and subjects.
Hadana Tableegh
Promotes pure Islam among community
- Islam has solutions to all the problems of mankind and provides the best
- framework to spend life.
- A need was felt to share Islamic teachings with the masses to improve
- their lives. This project is aimed at propagating the actual teachings of
- deen-e-Islam to all sections of society. It covers Muslims and other
- communities as well.
- A team of researchers along with a media team creates proper authentic
- information in the form of videos and notes for its audiences.
- Regular online classes of Tafseer-e-Quran and on Social and spiritual
- Development is another task carried out under this project.

MODERN EDUCATION
Why we felt need:
- Lucknow, known for its substantial Shia population, confronts a notable challenge due to a considerable number of Shia residents experiencing underprivileged circumstances and financial vulnerability.
- Despite hosting numerous schools and colleges, there exists a noticeable void in the educational system, failing to provide comprehensive development and ethical guidance (Tarbiyah) that fosters personal growth and moral values.
- Additionally, the substantial education fees form an extra obstacle, adding to the challenge for parents to manage the costs.
A DEPICTION OF CURRENT EDUCATION SYSTEM:

- Consequently, the children would not only receive a modern education but also contribute to the formation of a close-knit religious community.
- An educational system that operates within the framework of the Islamic Tarbiyah System, often referred to as the Divine Educational System, is particularly relevant in the current times.
- Provide students with not only academic knowledge but also essential human values. This is accomplished by creating an educational environment deeply rooted in Islamic principles, thus ensuring a comprehensive and balanced education for the children.

- The variety of offerings we aim to provide is uncommon in our community, particularly when brought together under one roof.
- We recognized the need for these facilities to bring our community members together, enabling them to enjoy wholesome and halal activities while also benefiting from tarbiyat.
Expected outcomes:
- The center’s outcome is a unique fusion of diverse activities, bringing people together for enriching tarbiyati workshops, wholesome and permissible halal entertainment, indoor games, Islamic film viewings, trade skills training, a dedicated kids’ play area, an Islamic media studio, counseling services, swimming facilities, and even a gym.
- This comprehensive approach is crafted to address a wide spectrum of needs, cultivating a space where personal development, recreation, and well-being flourish.
Benefits:
- This endeavor will assume a crucial role in fostering community engagement, enhancing social cohesion, and facilitating personal growth.

Why we felt need:
- Despite the presence of numerous clinics and hospitals in the city of Lucknow, the quality of healthcare is lacking. Even when the quality is good, it often comes at a high cost that is beyond the means of an average family.
- Additionally, the prices for tests at diagnostic centers are also prohibitively high.
- Maternity centers are entirely staffed by males, lacking a safe and supportive environment where women can feel secure and at ease.
A DEPICTION OF THE CURRENT HEALTHCARE SYSTEM:

- As a result, we envision offering affordable consultations without compromising on quality.
- Additionally, we are committed to providing top-notch diagnostic tests at our center.
- Our maternity center will give precedence to having a female staff, with the goal of providing women the assurance, comfort, and respect that is their due throughout their pregnancy and childbirth journey.

This will aim to cater to the needs of families who prefer an environment that aligns with their religious beliefs during the pregnancy and childbirth process and Ensure that the privacy and modesty of patients are respected throughout their stay at the center.
Hawza:
Why we felt the need:
- In Lucknow, a multitude of Hawzas exist; however, they are still insufficient to accommodate the number of students seeking taaleem.
- A significant number of students sincerely need improved educational opportunities and increased support for advanced learning in Islam.
- This imperative arises as the need of the hour, fostering proficient Alim-e-deen who can effectively contribute to the betterment of society.
Expected outcomes:
- Absolutely, this Hawza will be well-positioned to accommodate an expanding number of students.
- The envisioned result involves the infusion of contemporary teaching approaches, the infusion of engaging activities, and a variety of sports endeavors to captivate students.
- Facilitation of hands-on exploration of religious teachings, and promotion of critical analysis regarding religious subjects.
- Establishment of a guarantee for the presence of genuine religious scholars (“ulema”).
Benefits:
- Students will reap the rewards of studying the Quran and its interpretation, as well as the Hadith (the teachings and actions of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.s and Ahlulbait a.s).

- Absolutely, in this Hawza, students will be groomed in accordance with the demands of the present era.

- Library: This library will encompass a comprehensive range of Islamic texts, encompassing both classical and modern works, commentaries on religious literature, historical manuscripts, and academic publications within the field of Islamic studies. These resources will be available in both physical book form and digital formats, accessible through online databases.
- Computer lab: This Computer Lab will be designed to provide students with access to computers, the internet, and various software tools to enhance their learning experience and facilitate research activities. The establishment of a computer lab in Hawza reflects the modernization and integration of technology in traditional Islamic education.
- Hostel: This will typically offer dormitory-style rooms with bunk beds, where multiple Tullaab share the same room.
- Admin office: This is a central hub where administrative tasks, management, and coordination of various activities will take place. It is the administrative headquarters responsible for overseeing the day-to- day operations and supporting the overall functioning of the project.
- Salah room: A dedicated room where individuals can engage in Salah without any disturbances.
- Mess: Mess will provide regular meal services, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, at scheduled times to Tullaab and will consist of a dining hall
Estimated Budget:
The following outlines our phased approach
- Phase-I We have successfully secured a deal to acquire a readymade school in Lucknow, encompassing an area of 76000 square feet. This school caters to students from pre-primary to 12th grade. In the first phase, we will purchase the school and implement all the improvements we have discussed to transform it into an ideal community school. The estimated cost for this acquisition is approximately 14 crores.
- Phase-II will involve acquiring some more land besides this school for other initiatives. This phase will also encompass the construction of key facilities, including the establishment of Boarding facilities and a Community Center.
- Phase-III will constitute the construction phase, including the establishment of Health care facilities and a Hawza
- Note: Budget estimations for Phase II & and Phase III have not been finalized yet and will be determined based on prevailing market rates. For further details on these phases, please feel free to reach out to us.
- You can support this project through various means, including General Donations and Khhums. We have obtained the necessary authorization (Ijaza) to collect and utilize Khhums from esteemed authorities such as Ayatullah Sayyed Ali Khamenei (H.A), Ayatullah Sayyed Ali Sistani (H.A) & Ayatullah Naser Makarem Shirazi (H.A).
